Frequently Asked Questions

1. What exactly is Only Between Us?

Only Between Us is simple: time set aside for a genuine one-on-one conversation. No program, no agenda, and nothing you need to accomplish. Come as you are, and let's talk.

2. What can we talk about?

Pretty much anything. Your day, relationships, work, travel, health experiences, dreams, plans, something exciting, something frustrating, a funny story—or whatever happens to come up. You don't need to prepare a topic.

3. Do I need a reason to book?

Not at all. Maybe something is on your mind. Maybe you'd simply enjoy a good conversation. Maybe you're curious about me or the whole concept. Curiosity is just enough & sometimes the only thing we want is to vent !

4. Is this therapy or coaching?

No. Only Between Us isn't therapy, counselling, coaching, or professional advice. I'm not here to diagnose you, analyze you, or tell you how to live your life. This is simply a space for genuine conversation.

5. Will you actually participate in the conversation?

Absolutely! This isn't about you talking while I silently listen. I'll engage, ask questions, laugh with you, share thoughts, and let the conversation develop naturally. It's a conversation between two people.

6. What if I'm shy or don't know what to say?

That's completely fine. You don't need to arrive with a list of things to discuss. We can start with something as simple as “How's your day going?” and see where it takes us.

7. Can I book more than once?

Of course. You can book whenever you feel like talking, or make it something you look forward to regularly. If you enjoy our conversations, you can reserve time again and continue right where we left off.

8. Can I talk about something personal?

You decide what you're comfortable sharing. Conversations can be lighthearted, personal, serious, funny, completely random, or a little bit of everything. There is never an expectation that you share anything you don't want to.

9. Can I ask you for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice?

You can talk about what's happening in your life, including your experiences with health, work, money, or other challenges. However, I don't provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Decisions in those areas should be made with an appropriately qualified professional.

10. What if I book just because I'm curious?

Then you're exactly where you should be. You don't need a problem, a goal, or even a particular topic. Book some time, show up, and let's see where the conversation goes.

You don't need a reason to have a good conversation.
